思科中文技术支持工程师-TCE-CN Job Responsibilities As a customer support engineer to provide technical support to CISCO customers in Great China via phone. As we provide 24x7 support service, for this position, it may be required for middle/night shifts. The qualified candidate will support CISCO Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), Nexus Switches etc. Skills/Experience · CCNP/CCIE or equivalent expertise · 3 - 5 years relevant experience in DC network engineering · Familiar with SDN relevant knowledge · Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to handle critical customer issues in crisis situations, and the ability to work under pressure are all required. · Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English. · Below skills are considered as preference o Familiar with switching platforms. o Virtualization skill: VMware V-Center/Exsi, MS Hyper-V, KVM, etc. o Experience with programming languages used for scripting or automation of routine tasks (i.e. Python) is an advantage Core Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot medium to large networks. Is a technical expert in at least one area with excellent broad knowledge of Networking fundamentals. Effective planning, prioritization and organizing skills. Drive for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork. Utilization of an increasing understanding of Cisco business strategies and drivers to guide activities. Proven crisis management skills. Demonstrated leadership skills in small projects and teams.
