? Support the day-to-day payroll related operations( Payroll validation / reconciliation and related documentation, income tax, inquiries);
? Support the day-to-day Benefit related operations(pension, social benefit etc.)
? ? Ensure that daily operations are meeting customer expectations and are delivered in accordance to the Service Level Memorandum (SLM) and in compliance to set regulatory, compliance, audit, risk and control and quality standards.
? ? Build strong working relationships with customers and identify process-improvements to deliver better customer service.
? ? Support all system enhancement projects and ad hoc initiatives related to process improvement.
? ? Demonstrate exemplary commitment to customer service, consistently meeting agreed timeframes and adjusting to changing priorities by displaying willingness, cooperation, and concern for business issues.
? ? Support any other total rewards assigned work or projects.
? ? Maintain accurate and updates operations manuals or procedure guides.
? ? Handling HR / employee inquiries as and provide support when required

-确保按法规及公司各项标准要求完成日常工作
