Job Description -Collaborate with suppliers, support SE work and ensure the manufacturability at supplier side. - Collaborate with plant, support plant SE and ensure the manufacturability at Bosch plant side. - Problem solving on ball screw related topics: functionality, reliability, NVH etc. - Regular communication with Germany design platform, ensure the correct information delivery. - Define correct technical product specifications (2D DRW, BOM, validation plan etc.). - Create and maintain D-FMEA for ball screw. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (5 years) or master’s degree (3 years) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or related fields. - Must have experience in ball screw design, experience in ball bearing and brake is preferred. - Competent of ball screw design review, knowhow of reliability check, manufacturing process, key failure modes etc. - Good skills in English communication required.
