Job description: 1.Responsible for technical communications and alignments internally and externally 2.Responsible for the monitoring and the control (follow up) of project tasks 3.Responsible for the change management and track the implementation 4.Responsible for the project reporting, project communication, project control. 5.Responsible for preparing and organizing project-meetings 6.Main contact for battery project related topics from stakeholders 7.Support product development, e.g. batteries 8.Support technical rating of potential suppliers. 9.Support production ramp up 10.Support to analyze product related problems in field and production line Qualification: •Bachelor or above in major of mechanical, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable •Working experience: At least 4 years' full time working experience in project management •Language skills: Fluent English or German language skills •Personal Skills: Good communicator, conflict and problem solving skills, self-confident manner •IT Skills: very good skills in MS Office. CAD. •Mechanical background will be necessary.
